The Lowe's L<e Concorde was an excellent Hotel, I would not hesitate one minute to book another stay at the Hotel. The front desk were personable and friendly and very hellpful. The Hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of most of the sites. The Hotel staff is eager to point out short cuts to the major sites, they are extremely helpful to assist you in your travels. Its an ideal place to stay.

We stayed at the Loews for two nights. The rooms are nice, clean and the view from our suite was superb. We didn't expect to be charged *$ a day for internet access and *$ a day for parking when those services were free at the other hotels we stayed at. The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing and the food was previously frozen or canned. Fresh food should be a must for a nice hotel like The Loews especially with all the beautiful tasty products made in Quebec. Will go somewhere else in the future.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and spacious. Room service was very prompt. The desk staff were all extremely helpful and polite. The location is great - just a short walk to the old city. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool as well. The one thing missing is a lounge area on the ground floor. The only lounge/bar is at the rooftop restaurant and isn't really a drop-in kind of place. The restaurant, by the way, was extremely good.
